Happy new Year

Happy New year to everyone! Thankyou to those of you who have supported us in 2007, we had a great year, and to end it off had a great gig on New years eve, which went down very well. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves! 2008 looks like it's going to be a very eventful and successful year. We have alot of plans. We're going away in early February and will be doing gigs all around cornwall as the 5 piece. So we're all looking forward to that. Most of the venues we are playing at are new so will be a new venture for all of us. We also have a couple of festivals lined up for 2008 and are trying to play at as many as we can. Returning to germany is also on the books for 2008. Wath this space to find out how our Cornwall tour goes and our future plans!

Tour to Germany

We have just returned form our tour to Germany. We left the on Monday the 1st of Ocotber, our first destination was Luxembourg. We found a campsite in the centre of Luxembourg so stayed there for a night. The next day we went busking in a busy town square. We were very well recieved and had a good day in the suprisingly warm weather! We then headed down to Waldshut, Germany to do a gig that night at The Casablanca piano bar. It started off quiet but seemed to fill up as the night went on. The next 3 night we also played here, with everyday getting busy and and people coming back to see us again and again. We spent the daytimes looking round at the beautiful German views and busking in the local town which went down extremely well! Ater 4 gigs at The Casablanca with each one 5 hours, we had a few days to relax so went down to the french alps for a few days. It was a real experience driving round the alps. After two days to enjoy the natural splendour it was back to Germany. Another 4 gigs flew by and a couple of busks we had shifted a load of cds and achieved a good level of exposure. a wonderful journey for the band with a return trip looking imminent!! Isle of Wight apple festival

We had a gig today at the Apple festival in Afton on the Isle Of Wight. We played from 12.00 - 1.30 in an outside arena. As we started up with our first number the crowd gradually grew and grew until we had a a very big crowd watching us, who all seemed to be enjoying the music. The audience were especially fond and responded well to our original material. There was a nice atmosphere while we were playing which made it very enjoyable for us to play even though it was a little windy to start with, but the sun eventually came out and the wind calmed down. So all in all this was a very successful gig!
